Port Albert New Year's Eve Fireworks *2024 Event Details Opening Soon*

Port Albert's New Year's Eve Fireworks is a signature event for region.  

This annual event attracts thousands of people to the town with a fun-filled event schedule that combines markets, food trucks, live music, free kids activities and the finale being the free fireworks display.

This spectacular event is co-ordinated by the Port Albert Progress Association.

Event Location:  Rutter Park, Bay Street Port Albert.

Event Date/Time:  Twighlight markets opens at 6pm Dec 31st with the fireworks display at approximately 9.30pm

Event Cost: Gold coin donation to help fund this free event is collected at the gate by volunteers.

​

Event Set-up: This is an open air event which is held at Rutters Park.  We encourage you to bring down your picnic rug and chairs and enjoy dusk on the foreshore (bring your bug spray).  This is a family friendly event so we encourage pets to be on a leash.

Payment Options: We recommend the use of cash as some EFTPOS machine struggle with low Internet coverage.

What's On: Music, Markets, Food & Drink Vendors, Children's Activities, Local Shops will be open (activities are weather dependant).

Fireworks: The spectacular fireworks display will start approximatley 9.30pm. Please ensure that any pets are secured.
